This policy explains what data Oddsator collects and how we use it. Oddsator is operated by Cashleads Media AB.
Data controller

What we collect
We aim to collect as little as possible. We store small cookies to remember your chosen language, market and cookie preferences. If you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymised usage statistics (pages viewed, device type, approximate region) to improve the site. We also use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool that measures aggregate traffic without identifying you.
What we don't do
Oddsator has no user accounts and does not ask for or store names, emails or payment details to use the site. We do not sell your data.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent for analytics cookies — which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” — and on our legitimate interest in operating a working site for the strictly necessary cookies that remember your preferences.
Third parties
When you click an outbound link to a sportsbook you leave Oddsator and that operator's own privacy policy applies. Analytics, when you consent, are processed by Google Analytics; our cookieless analytics provider processes aggregate, non-identifying traffic data.
How long we keep data
We don't keep personal data longer than necessary. Cookie preferences last until they expire or you clear them; aggregate analytics follow our providers' standard retention periods.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of any personal data we hold, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Contact privacy@oddsator.com. You also have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) at imy.se.
